The soul of a kiss

Is the heart of your lips brush -
That we have become one as I abandon mine unto yours.
A quenching passion that we linger in eternity
as your spirit reaches into the depths of my own essence.
There locked within our embrace we are reborn
cheek to cheek, mouth upon mouth, breath within breath.
That to hold you now is to hold you without end,
kiss me once, kiss me again, kiss me
- Forever.

Bedtime stories

Fill my head with dreams –
Tales of tragedy, romance and happily everafters
as the calm resonance of your voice is the lullaby of my heart.
A gentle reassuring timbre of tranquil tenderness
that I know you are with me
- Now

Déjà Vu

As I am within your arms –
There is a familiarity of having been here before.
Might it have been a dreaming or a longing or a wish of my heart
for I have never experienced the tenderness of your touch,
the warmth of your skin, nor the gentle tremor of your heart next to mine.
Mayhap I am lost within the hopefulness of my reverie still.
Yet assuredly it is a sanctuary of such solace,
that of which I have never
- Left

Pretty in pink

The culture of innocence –
Is found in the healing power of your love through the
comforts and affections of your heart.
May you find the spectrum of my own to be as honest
that you have put a trust in me by sharing
the true colors of your
- Soul.

Philosophy of dying

As the past is irrelevant -
If we are not to learn from our mistakes.
The future although inevitable is invariably unpredictable
that fate will regardlessly always take care of itself.
Yet assuming we have learned from mistakes past,
the management of our present affairs is only paradoxical.
Thus it is not the knowledge of how to live
but the learning of how to
- Die

Common touch

A
s the intricacies of intimacy –

Extend beyond the boundaries of time and distance.
Where it is not so much your caress I crave
but the companionship of your
- Comfort.

Cold coffee

The temperate of morning silence –
As I sit before the longing of my mind's eye,
the room echoes with the laughter of your smile.
Thus dawn’s light will always be the candle of your gaze
that these warmths within my heart remain
the memories for which I keep of
- You

Covered in roses

Then so are your kisses –
As like petals falling from the sky.
Soft scented raindrops d'amour as I am buried
gently ‘neath the warmths of their
- Affections.
